These screws are a direct replacement for the original screws that attach the opening rear quarter lights with the piano style hinges, but they are in stainless steel so will not rust. I had a nightmare removing the originals when rusted. This car set includes the 14 CPT604 countersunk screws for the hinge and the 4 RPT604 raised head screws for the window latch
Replacement for part no. CTP604 and RPT604
The set is enough to do both windows on a car
